• A reservation is only considered confirmed when the guest receives an official confirmation via email or the hotel’s booking system.
• Room rates and service charges may vary from time to time. Any adjustments will be communicated to guests in advance.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: From 14:00
• Check-out time: Before 12:00
• Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to availability and current policies.
• The hotel reserves the right to decline service to guests who are intoxicated, cause disturbance, or violate accommodation regulations.

3. Children and Extra Bed Policy

3.1 Children

• Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents (maximum 01 child per room, depending on room type).
• Children from 6 to under 11 years old sharing a bed will incur a surcharge of VND 100,000/child/night.
• Children from 11 years and above are considered adults and will be surcharged VND 450,000/person/night when sharing a bed.

⚠ Please notify the hotel in advance if you are traveling with children or an additional guest to ensure a suitable room type is arranged.

3.2 Extra Bed

• New Century Hotel does not provide extra beds.
• Guests are advised to choose room categories with sufficient space for a comfortable stay when traveling with children or additional adults.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Hotel’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, as published on the official website or included in the reservation confirmation.

Special promotional programs may not be eligible for cancellations or refunds — please read the specific terms carefully before making a payment.

5. Property and Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any lost items unless deposited at the front desk for safekeeping.
• In the event of damage to hotel property, guests will be required to compensate according to the extent of the damage.

6. Hotel Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

• The hotel is only responsible for providing services as confirmed and agreed upon in the reservation.
• The hotel is not liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, technical failures, or legal/governmental interventions.

• All guest personal data is protected in accordance with the Hotel’s Privacy Policy and applicable legal regulations.
• Information will only be shared when legally required by competent state authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, logos, and information on the website are the intellectual property of New Century Hotel (unless otherwise noted).
• Reproduction, reuse, or distribution in any form is strictly prohibited without written consent from the hotel.

9. Terms Modification

• New Century Hotel reserves the right to modify or supplement the terms and conditions without prior notice.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• All disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation in good faith.
• If no mutual agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
• The court with jurisdiction at the location of the hotel’s registered office shall have final authority over the matter.
